I’m booked in for breast implant exchange surgery, so far the process has been very smooth. All the staff are lovely, mr Morgan is very professional and gave me his honest advice regarding sizing for my anatomy. Looking forward to my surgery date.Posted on Google

I cannot recommend Emma highly enough - she is brilliant! I have had various treatments at this clinic, always with Emma. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, thorough and very good at her job. One thing that always stands out is her interest in getting the best results for her clients. Unlike other aestheticians I’ve been to, I never feel rushed with Emma. She listens to your concerns and really wants you to be happy and satisfied with your treatment.Posted on Google

Couldn’t recommend Nurse Jayne enough! I went to see Nurse Jayne at for lip filler and polynucleotide treatment and honestly, she’s a dream. So lovely, so professional, and really takes her time to make sure everything looks super natural exactly what I wanted. It looks like I’ve slept 10years! My lips look amazing. She made the whole experience feel really easy and chill no pressure, with just good and honest advice. If you’re thinking about getting anything done, I’d 100% go see her.Posted on Google

I have had IPL laser hair removal and a course of Skin Rejuvenation to get on top of redness/Rosacea on my cheeks. Emma has been fantastic. She’s caring, friendly and professional, she puts me at ease with her gentle yet confident manner. I am very pleased with the results as the redness made me feel very self conscious and was hard to control. The Skin Rejuvenation treatment is a course of treatments over a number of weeks. I also had an express hydra facial that left my skin looking so fresh and clear - a luxury that I will certainly book again. On arrival I am greeted with a smile and warm welcome by Benji, he’s brilliant at sorting appointments that fit around my schedule. Thank you Emma and BenjiPosted on Google

I had 0.5ml lip filler (this is a 'beginner' amount for a subtle effect) with nurse Jayne who was brilliant and very kind. I personally found the procedure very painful, so I would recommend asking for a 'dental block' beforehand if you are a wimp like me! I had purple bruising on my lips for five days afterwards, so don't book meetings, dates etc straight afterwards. Clinic staff were friendly and all very clean. Would definitely return.Posted on Google

Had my first HydraFacial on Harley Street and loved it! The treatment was super relaxing and my skin felt so clean, fresh, and glowy afterwards. The therapist Emma was lovely and talked me through each step and it was completely pain-free. I noticed an instant difference — my skin looked brighter, smoother, and way more hydrated. If you’ve been thinking about trying one, honestly go for it. It’s such a nice treat with and definitely worth the investment . I wish I could have one every 6 weeks !Posted on Google

TThe team here is absolutely amazing! I recently moved to the area and I’m so glad I chose this clinic. From the moment I step inside, I feel right at home. I’ve had a few procedures done and I absolutely love them all. Emma did my peels and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. And Katie has been an incredible guide through my concerns. Benji is always so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!Posted on Google

I went to Harley Street for a skin assessment. Katie saw me and was incredibly welcoming and friendly, she gave me some fantastic advice for my skin and followed that up with an email. Would wholly recommend these guys.

Pigmentation occurs when the skin produces excess melanin, creating darker patches, sun spots or an uneven complexion. Common concerns include:
Identifying the type and cause of pigmentation is essential when recommending safe, effective treatment options.
At Harley Street Clinic Surrey in Reigate, we begin with a professional skin assessment to understand your pigmentation concerns, skin type and treatment goals.
Our advanced VISIA Skin Analysis provides detailed imaging of visible pigmentation, UV spots and uneven skin tone, helping guide treatment selection and monitor improvements over time.

IPL Pigmentation Treatment
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) uses targeted light energy to treat suitable sun spots, age spots and sun-induced pigmentation.
Pigmented areas may initially darken following treatment before gradually flaking or fading, revealing a more even-looking complexion.
A course of treatments may be recommended depending on the extent of pigmentation and individual skin response.

NOON Aesthetics Pigmentation Skincare
Our professional NOON Aesthetics skincare programmes incorporate targeted ingredients designed to help improve the appearance of dark spots, uneven skin tone and sun-related pigmentation.
Our practitioners can recommend suitable brightening products, exfoliating formulations and daily sun protection to complement professional treatments and support longer-term skin maintenance.
Melasma requires a particularly careful approach, as heat, sun exposure and unsuitable treatments can sometimes worsen pigmentation.
At Harley Street Clinic Surrey, we assess your individual concerns and discuss appropriate skincare and treatment options. Where necessary, specialist dermatological assessment may be recommended.
Daily sun protection is essential when managing pigmentation. We recommend broad-spectrum SPF 50, alongside suitable medical-grade skincare and maintenance treatments where appropriate.
For melasma-prone skin, tinted sunscreen containing iron oxides may provide additional protection against visible light.

The most suitable treatment depends on the type, depth and cause of your pigmentation. IPL can be effective for sun spots and age spots, while chemical peels and medical-grade skincare may help improve uneven skin tone and certain types of hyperpigmentation.
Yes, IPL can significantly reduce the appearance of suitable sun spots and age spots by targeting excess pigment within the skin. Treated areas may initially darken before gradually fading or flaking away. Results vary, and some patients require multiple sessions.
Melasma can be managed with appropriate skincare, sun protection and selected professional or prescription treatments. As heat and certain procedures can worsen melasma, IPL is not generally our first choice for this condition.
This depends on the type and extent of pigmentation. Some sun spots may improve after one IPL session, while more extensive pigmentation may require a course of treatments. Your practitioner will discuss realistic expectations following your skin assessment.
Yes. Sun exposure, hormonal changes and skin inflammation can contribute to new or recurring pigmentation. Daily broad-spectrum SPF 50, appropriate skincare and maintenance treatments can help protect your results.
Treatment suitability depends on your skin tone, pigmentation type and medical history. Certain treatments, particularly IPL, may carry a higher risk of pigmentation changes in darker skin tones. A professional assessment is essential before proceeding.
