I cannot recommend Emma highly enough - she is brilliant! I have had various treatments at this clinic, always with Emma. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, thorough and very good at her job. One thing that always stands out is her interest in getting the best results for her clients. Unlike other aestheticians I’ve been to, I never feel rushed with Emma. She listens to your concerns and really wants you to be happy and satisfied with your treatment.Posted on Google

Couldn’t recommend Nurse Jayne enough! I went to see Nurse Jayne at for lip filler and polynucleotide treatment and honestly, she’s a dream. So lovely, so professional, and really takes her time to make sure everything looks super natural exactly what I wanted. It looks like I’ve slept 10years! My lips look amazing. She made the whole experience feel really easy and chill no pressure, with just good and honest advice. If you’re thinking about getting anything done, I’d 100% go see her.Posted on Google

I have had IPL laser hair removal and a course of Skin Rejuvenation to get on top of redness/Rosacea on my cheeks. Emma has been fantastic. She’s caring, friendly and professional, she puts me at ease with her gentle yet confident manner. I am very pleased with the results as the redness made me feel very self conscious and was hard to control. The Skin Rejuvenation treatment is a course of treatments over a number of weeks. I also had an express hydra facial that left my skin looking so fresh and clear - a luxury that I will certainly book again. On arrival I am greeted with a smile and warm welcome by Benji, he’s brilliant at sorting appointments that fit around my schedule. Thank you Emma and BenjiPosted on Google

I had 0.5ml lip filler (this is a 'beginner' amount for a subtle effect) with nurse Jayne who was brilliant and very kind. I personally found the procedure very painful, so I would recommend asking for a 'dental block' beforehand if you are a wimp like me! I had purple bruising on my lips for five days afterwards, so don't book meetings, dates etc straight afterwards. Clinic staff were friendly and all very clean. Would definitely return.Posted on Google

Had my first HydraFacial on Harley Street and loved it! The treatment was super relaxing and my skin felt so clean, fresh, and glowy afterwards. The therapist Emma was lovely and talked me through each step and it was completely pain-free. I noticed an instant difference — my skin looked brighter, smoother, and way more hydrated. If you’ve been thinking about trying one, honestly go for it. It’s such a nice treat with and definitely worth the investment . I wish I could have one every 6 weeks !Posted on Google

TThe team here is absolutely amazing! I recently moved to the area and I’m so glad I chose this clinic. From the moment I step inside, I feel right at home. I’ve had a few procedures done and I absolutely love them all. Emma did my peels and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. And Katie has been an incredible guide through my concerns. Benji is always so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!Posted on Google

I went to Harley Street for a skin assessment. Katie saw me and was incredibly welcoming and friendly, she gave me some fantastic advice for my skin and followed that up with an email. Would wholly recommend these guys.

A cyst is a small, fluid- or keratin-filled sac that forms just beneath the skin. Most are benign, slow-growing and painless, though they can become tender, inflamed or cosmetically unwanted over time.
Cysts commonly appear on the face, scalp, neck, back and chest, and while they’re rarely a medical concern, many patients choose to have them assessed and removed rather than living with them long-term.
At Harley Street Clinic Surrey, our doctors assess a range of cyst types during consultation, including:
Sebaceous cysts – Commonly referred to as sebaceous cysts – a term often used for epidermoid or pilar cysts that develop beneath the skin.
Epidermoid cysts – forming from trapped skin cells beneath the surface, common on the face, neck and trunk
Inflamed or previously infected cysts – requiring closer assessment before any removal is planned
Not every lump beneath the skin is a straightforward cyst — some turn out to be a benign mole or other skin lesion, in which case we’ll advise on mole removal instead.
Every cyst removal begins with a full consultation. One of our doctors will examine the lump, take a history of when it appeared and how it has changed, and confirm that it’s suitable for removal in clinic.
Where a cyst looks unusual, has changed rapidly or shows signs that warrant further investigation, we’ll advise accordingly rather than proceeding with removal — If further investigation is appropriate, this will be discussed with you before any treatment is planned.
Once assessed, we’ll talk you through the recommended technique, what to expect and realistic timelines for healing.
Cyst removal is a minor surgical procedure carried out under local anaesthetic. The area is cleansed and numbed, and the doctor makes a small, precise incision to remove the cyst along with its sac — removing the sac wall is important, as leaving it behind is the most common reason cysts return. The wound is then closed, typically with fine sutures, to support clean, discreet healing. Where clinically appropriate, removed tissue can be sent for analysis to confirm it is benign.
Cyst removal at Harley Street Clinic Surrey is performed under local anaesthetic, meaning only the treatment area is numbed and you remain fully awake and comfortable throughout. Most patients feel pressure rather than pain during the procedure, and the anaesthetic is administered by the treating doctor as one of the first steps, so the area is fully numb before any incision is made.
Most patients return to normal daily activities within a day or two, though the treated area should be kept clean and dry as advised while it heals. Mild swelling, tenderness or bruising in the first few days is normal. Sutures, where used, are typically reviewed and removed within 7–10 days. Full aftercare guidance — including wound care and when to contact the clinic — is provided before you leave, and our team remains available for any follow-up questions during your recovery.
As with any minor surgical procedure, a small scar is expected where the incision is made. Our doctors take care to position and close incisions to support the best possible cosmetic outcome, and scars typically fade and flatten significantly over the following months. The final appearance depends on factors including cyst size, location and individual healing.

Your consultation is an important part of the cyst removal process. It allows you to discuss your concerns, confirm the cyst is suitable for removal and understand what the procedure will involve for you specifically.

Before treatment, the area is cleansed and the planned removal is reviewed. Local anaesthetic is then administered, so the area is fully numb before any incision is made.

The doctor makes a small, precise incision to remove the cyst along with its sac, then closes the wound, typically with fine sutures, to support clean, discreet healing.
