I cannot recommend Emma highly enough - she is brilliant! I have had various treatments at this clinic, always with Emma. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, thorough and very good at her job. One thing that always stands out is her interest in getting the best results for her clients. Unlike other aestheticians I’ve been to, I never feel rushed with Emma. She listens to your concerns and really wants you to be happy and satisfied with your treatment.Posted on Google

Couldn’t recommend Nurse Jayne enough! I went to see Nurse Jayne at for lip filler and polynucleotide treatment and honestly, she’s a dream. So lovely, so professional, and really takes her time to make sure everything looks super natural exactly what I wanted. It looks like I’ve slept 10years! My lips look amazing. She made the whole experience feel really easy and chill no pressure, with just good and honest advice. If you’re thinking about getting anything done, I’d 100% go see her.Posted on Google

I have had IPL laser hair removal and a course of Skin Rejuvenation to get on top of redness/Rosacea on my cheeks. Emma has been fantastic. She’s caring, friendly and professional, she puts me at ease with her gentle yet confident manner. I am very pleased with the results as the redness made me feel very self conscious and was hard to control. The Skin Rejuvenation treatment is a course of treatments over a number of weeks. I also had an express hydra facial that left my skin looking so fresh and clear - a luxury that I will certainly book again. On arrival I am greeted with a smile and warm welcome by Benji, he’s brilliant at sorting appointments that fit around my schedule. Thank you Emma and BenjiPosted on Google

I had 0.5ml lip filler (this is a 'beginner' amount for a subtle effect) with nurse Jayne who was brilliant and very kind. I personally found the procedure very painful, so I would recommend asking for a 'dental block' beforehand if you are a wimp like me! I had purple bruising on my lips for five days afterwards, so don't book meetings, dates etc straight afterwards. Clinic staff were friendly and all very clean. Would definitely return.Posted on Google

Had my first HydraFacial on Harley Street and loved it! The treatment was super relaxing and my skin felt so clean, fresh, and glowy afterwards. The therapist Emma was lovely and talked me through each step and it was completely pain-free. I noticed an instant difference — my skin looked brighter, smoother, and way more hydrated. If you’ve been thinking about trying one, honestly go for it. It’s such a nice treat with and definitely worth the investment . I wish I could have one every 6 weeks !Posted on Google

TThe team here is absolutely amazing! I recently moved to the area and I’m so glad I chose this clinic. From the moment I step inside, I feel right at home. I’ve had a few procedures done and I absolutely love them all. Emma did my peels and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. And Katie has been an incredible guide through my concerns. Benji is always so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!Posted on Google

I went to Harley Street for a skin assessment. Katie saw me and was incredibly welcoming and friendly, she gave me some fantastic advice for my skin and followed that up with an email. Would wholly recommend these guys.

Dermal fillers are injectable treatments used to restore volume, support facial contours or enhance selected features. Many facial fillers contain hyaluronic acid, a substance that occurs naturally within the skin and helps it retain moisture and structure.
Small amounts of filler are placed beneath the skin using techniques selected for the area being treated. Treatment is tailored to restore lost volume, improve feature definition or soften the appearance of selected lines and folds.
Dermal filler treatment is different from Botox treatments. Dermal fillers primarily add volume and structural support, while Botox temporarily reduces muscle activity associated with movement-related lines. Your practitioner will assess your concerns and explain which approach is appropriate during your consultation.
Different areas of the face require different products, techniques and levels of clinical assessment. Your practitioner will consider your facial proportions as a whole rather than treating one feature in isolation.
Dermal fillers restore facial volume, soften selected lines and enhance the definition and balance of facial features.
Suitability depends on more than age or the concern being treated. Your practitioner will consider your medical history, medicines, allergies, skin health, previous cosmetic procedures and expectations before recommending treatment.
You should tell the clinic about any filler treatment you have previously received, including the product used, the area treated and the approximate treatment date. Treatment may need to be postponed or may not be suitable if you have an active skin infection or certain medical conditions.
Dermal fillers may also be unsuitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Your practitioner will explain any relevant restrictions during your consultation.

Subtle volume and definition for the lips

Restore cheek volume and lift the mid-face

Define and sharpen the mandibular border

Address under-eye hollows and dark shadows

Restore volume loss where hollowing occurs around the temples

Soften the lines that run from the nose to the corners of the mouth.

Reduce the downward lines from the mouth corners

Improve chin projection, definition and balance within the lower face

Reshape and refine the nose profile without surgery
As we age, our faces naturally lose subcutaneous fat, which can lead to changes in facial volume and definition. The skin may also become less supported over time, while factors such as sun exposure, genetics and lifestyle can influence the appearance of the face.
Dermal fillers can help restore volume by injecting a gel-like substance into carefully selected areas of the face.
Depending on the type of filler used, treatment can:

Your appointment begins with a discussion about the concern you would like to address and the type of result you are hoping to achieve.
Your practitioner will review your medical history and examine your facial anatomy, skin quality and existing proportions. If dermal filler treatment is suitable, they will explain the proposed treatment area, product choice, amount of filler, expected outcome, possible side effects, risks and alternatives.

Before treatment, the area is cleaned and may be marked to guide accurate placement. Comfort measures may be used where appropriate.

The filler is then injected into carefully selected points using a needle or cannula. The technique will depend on the treatment area, the product selected and your individual anatomy.
Appointment length varies according to the number and complexity of the areas being treated.

Some patients return to their usual routine soon after treatment, but temporary swelling, redness, tenderness or bruising can occur. These effects may be more noticeable in sensitive areas such as the lips.
Your practitioner will provide aftercare guidance and explain what to avoid while the treated area settles.

Dermal filler prices at Harley Street Clinic Surrey start from £350. The final cost will depend on the treatment area, product and amount of filler required.
How long dermal fillers last depends on the area treated, the product used, and your individual metabolism. As a general guide:
At Harley Street Clinic Surrey, we use premium hyaluronic acid products, which are known for their longevity and natural feel. A maintenance top-up at around 12 months helps preserve your result. During your consultation in Reigate, your practitioner will advise on the expected duration for your specific treatment.
Filler can sometimes move beyond the intended treatment area. The risk may be influenced by product selection, placement, the amount used and previous treatment. If you notice an unexpected change or have concerns about existing filler, arrange a medical assessment before having more treatment.
Dermal fillers are generally used to add or restore volume, while Botox reduces the activity of selected muscles. The right option depends on whether your concern is related to volume, facial structure, muscle movement, skin quality or a combination of factors. A facial assessment can help identify the most suitable approach.
Preparation and aftercare guidance will depend on your health, medicines and treatment area. Do not stop prescribed medication without speaking to the clinician who manages it. Your practitioner will provide personalised instructions and explain when normal activities can be resumed.
Hyaluronic acid filler may sometimes be dissolved using an enzyme called hyaluronidase. This requires medical assessment and is not suitable for every type of filler or every concern. Dissolving treatment also has its own risks and limitations, which should be discussed with a qualified practitioner.
