Retinol Charisma products combine a powerful combination of retinol, a brightening peptide and an anti-oxidant to rejuvenate, firm and brighten the skin. The higher the concentration of retinol, the more potent the formula and the sooner skin damage can be repaired. Retinol works deep within the skin to boost both cellular turnover and collagen production.

Although retinol can be irritating, NOON’s DermShield™ technology increases skin tolerance by reducing neurogenic inflammation. Consistency is critical. To reduce dark spots or hyperpigmentation, best results can be achieved with an integrated and continuing regimen of brightening agents, retinols, lactic acid and UV protection.
